Emily Ruiz, who graduated from Hunter this past January, is in Washington D.C. this semester via a paid journalism internship funded by the Scripps Howard Foundation. Her front-page article on Latinos and the Texas primary can be read at Hispanic Link, a national news agency that syndicates opinion, analysis and feature columns to newspapers and magazines throughout the Americas.
