New York Community Media Alliance, formerly Independent Press Association – New York (IPA-NY) is the only association of ethnic and community publications in the city. It provides technical assistance, training, networking opportunities, and advocacy for its membership of almost 100 ethnic and immigrant news publications, and it publishes a news service.
