On the one hand, dazzling production values as well as razzle-dazzle scenes and kinetically charged fighting scenes; on the other, KNOW MERCY can be confounding. It is not rated by the MPAA, and, so, it’s not rated by this reviewer, who believes the cinematography and visuals result in arousing and captivating moments.

As soon as key characters start quoting what sound like biblical passages as well passages about deities from purported Greek mythology, alarms went off in this reviewer’s head: Do I need a thesaurus? The magniloquent grandiloquent barrage means this for audiences: Seeing it again as soon as you can may help your elucidation; the more you see it, the more clarity there is.
Perdell Richardson is an innovative, award-winning director, cinematographer and colorist. His debut film, FATAL REACTION, earned him Best Director award at the Hollywood Film Festival. Also, Perdell directed THE SCAM, a feature film that garnered multiple awards across various film festivals. Perdell is a member of the Directors Guild of America (DGA).
