Lee Kang-su payed by Actor Kang-Ha-nuel is a petty street crime urchin yet to realize his real potential: He has a primordial saviness and a photographic memory. He is arrested on false accusations of a drug deal. At the time he is not much better than a typical South Korean street urchin trying to survive another day. He subsequently strikes a deal with an ambitious prosecutor, Kuoo Gkwan-hee (Yoo) played by Actor Yoo-Hae-jin, to become a dime-dropping informant who will be raking in a whole lot of mullah and respect that comes after his release from imprisonment.

Once inside the world of organized drug lords as a super snitch, he deals with corrupt officials, deadly conspiracies and a lot more. Kang-su, however, doesn’t delude himself. He realizes he’s a pawn in a game more sinister than he expected.
