The 2025 HollyShorts Film Festival, taking place from August 7-17 at the TCL Chinese Theaters in Los Angeles, will showcase a star-studded and diverse lineup of short films. This year’s festival, the 21st edition, features films from acclaimed talents like Stephen Fry, Idris Elba, and Viola Davis. The festival will also include the premiere of “The World’s Happiest Man,” a Nepalese drama about a refugee’s search for home, and the time-spanning short “The Painting & The Statue” starring Mark Gatiss.
